TIFF Image At 600dpi On IPM Web Page Looks Worse Than Having It Set To 400 Dpi (Doc ID 2124060.1)

Symptoms

After using the Capture Import Server to import a PDF with an import format of TIFF CCITT Group 4, 600 DPI, the image is not clear when viewed in the Advanced viewer.  The image looks clear at 600 DPI within Capture or if downloaded and viewed in the native viewer.

The image looks clear in the Advanced Viewer when imported at 400 DPI.
