Symptoms

Running ./opatch apply -silent <PATCHBUNDLE_DIRECTORY> -pre -s <PORTAL_SCHEMA> -p <PORTAL_PASSWORD> -c <CONNECT_STRING>

<PATCHBUNDLE_DIRECTORY> => This should be the location of the patch bundle e.g. <DIRECTORY>/temp/<BUG_NUMBER>/<BUG_NUMBER>

<PORTAL_SCHEMA> => This is the portal schema name
<PORTAL_PASSWORD> => This is the portal schema password
<CONNECT_STRING> => This is the connect string to the portal schema in the format <HOSTNAME>:<DB_PORT>:<SERVICE_NAME>


Fails because the PERL5LIB path in <ORACLE_HOME>/portal/patch/oneoffs/ptlpatch.csh is incorrect.
