On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, Technology Adapters
The behavior of jca.aq.attempt in the Receive activity is different between 11g and 12c:
1. In SOA 11G, for each AQ retry there will be a new instance created whereas in 12c all retries are joined under the same instance.
2. In SOA 11G, for each retry the jca.aq.attempt is always incremented by 1 (0,1,2,3...) whereas it is always 0 in 12c.
