PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

IN OAG, for the first time when the Entrust certificate is configured, the request has been posted successfully to the provider. However, consecutive requests were not sent to the provider.
The request was sent to the provider as follows:
1. Select Use Host header specified by client from Generate new Host Header in Advanced tab. Do a build.
2. Place a request which will give invalid URL.
3. Then again change it back to Generate new Host in Advance tab. Do a build.
4. Place a request. This time it is successful.

WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
In the working case, OAG is sending a HTTP-1.0 formed request while in the failing case it is sending a HTTP-1.1 formed request.
