Symptoms
In JDeveloper 12.2.1.0.0, jsff takes a long time to open.
Steps to replicate issue
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install JDeveloper 12.2.1.0.0.
2. Download sample application Oracle Alta UI Work Better Application Demo - 12.2.1.
http://download.oracle.com/otn/java/jdeveloper/12.2.1/WorkBetterFaces1221.zip
3. Open Oracle Alta UI Work Better Application Demo in JDeveloper.
4. Open DashBoard.jsff and the issue will reproduce.
