Upgrade From PS2 To PS3. Error java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist reported when starting the servers (Doc ID 2125822.1)

Symptoms

Customer had upgraded one environment from OAM PS2 BP03 to OAM PS3.

Customer followed exact instructions as below guide:

After the upgrade, when we start Admin Server, it is throwing lot of following errors,

    java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.
