Unable To Import A Portal Get A Message: "Content Item Was Not Successfully Checked In. The Content Item is Not Currently Checked Out" (Doc ID 2126467.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import the generated .par file, get the message:


"<Portal_Name>" portal imported successfully.
Portal Import operation completed with warnings.
Warnings:
Error occurred importing the WebCenter Content for portal LacledeIntranet. Refer to the WebCenter Portal Spaces Server log for more information.


Log files shows:

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. From source, export the Portal.
  2. Import the generated file (.par) into the target
  3. Get the message error.
