Goal

ADUM 11.1.1.6 Target Recon is missing Users but keeps increasing USNChanged value in Recon Job.

This happens when AD recon automatically switches over to other server in forest which increases the uSNChanged value according to the other server.

Is it possible to resolve this issue?
