Goal

 This document will provide specific steps to enable OIM LDAPSync with Active Directory.

Portions of the OIM documentation are written for AD Administrators that are fully familiar with how AD must be set up.This is written using OIM R2PS3 and AD 2003, so new versions of AD server may require slightly different steps.
