Goal

This Knowledge article provides a number of solutions available to resolve known issues with the WCC plug-in (Options/Add-Ins) becoming disabled and/or the Microsoft Ribbon disappearing from MS Office applications on DIS client systems.  (Ribbon is WCC Desktop Integration Suite Add-ins for MS Office applications).
