Error Message Durin Install Of OAM Webgate Agent 10.1.4.3.0 On Windows Server 2012R2

Windows Server 2012 R2
New installation of Oracle Access Manager 10.1.4.3.0 Webgate on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Error message during installation of OAM Webgate Agent 10.1.4.3.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2
Error message at the end of the Installation:
"Failed to set permission on Folder: D:\netpoint\webgate\access".
After that error message appears, steps for manually Setting the permissions are shown but user accounts provided in the steps are not existing on the Windows 2012R2 Server.
Please advise on what to do as OAM Webgate is not functional on this Server.
