Portal is not Responding When Accessing a Document Page Which Contains Content Manager Task Flow (Doc ID 2128517.1)

Symptoms

When accessing the WebCenter Portal home page, then go to document page which contains the content manager task flow, the page hangs.
No error reported in portal page.


Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Access Webcenter Portal, login.
  2. Navigate to Home page - Document.
  3. Notice the page is hanging.
