WebCenter Enterprise Capture dc-client is Not Working with SSO

Symptoms
Configured single sign-on (SSO) with the OAM 11g mod_osso configuration. However, the Capture dc- client is not working and prompts the user for the username and password.
The OID user and groups have been added to the Capture user role. The individual URL is opening using the OID username and password, but it is not automatically logging in to the Capture dc-client from an SSO enabled portal URL.
