After Applying OIM 22.214.171.124.160419 Bundle Patch Users May Not be Redirected to the Requested OAM URL

User is redirected to OIM login page when password reset request is initiated in use cases such as First time login, Admin initiated user password reset,Forgot password and When the Password expires
When does this problem occur:
When accessing a protected resource, OIM checks whether a protected resource URL is configured or not. If the URL is not configured , OIM redirects a user to a LogIn page.
User tries to access OAM policy manager. If this is user's first login, then after authentication user is redirected to password reset page. After setting new password, expected behavior is for the user to be redirected to policy manager page. If the redirection problem exists, user will be redirected to OIM Login page.
How to Identify If the Issue Exists:
- User will be redirected to OIM Login page page after password reset page. Please Check if the resource URL is configured in OIM
- Also in the OIM diagnostic logs, check for the following statements:
oracle.iam.ui.platform.servletfilter.OIMRedirectValidatorFilter::validateURL::Changing the currentURL :http://<host>:<Port>/oamconsole/faces/index.jspx to /identity/faces/signin
User first login.
Admin initiated password reset of a user.
User password expired.
