Symptoms
1. Customer has HA install. Their secondary server fails to join the Coherence Cluster. Following error was noticed
Error message:
" Oracle Coherence GE 3.7.1.13 (thread=Cluster, member=n/a): This member will not join the cluster because the senior member's IP address is not an authorized host."
Ultimately cluster will fail to start, error message: "Error while starting cluster: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to start Service "Cluster" (ServiceState=SERVICE_STOPPED, STATE_ANNOUNCE)"
2. other managed servers WLS_OAM2,WLS_AMA2,WLS_MSM2 may start but will not service requests.
3. FMW Control dashboard ( EM console) shows managed servers on second machine as down even when they are up.
