Goal

What is the cause after upgrading to iPlanet Web Proxy Server 4.0 Update 25 (aka 4.0.25) which implements TLS 1.1/TLS1.2, the previously working reverse proxy to a backend server no longer works. It fails to work immediately after the patch is applied with no configuration change involved.
