Capture Client Files Not Uploading in WebCenter Content Server Commit Profile (Doc ID 2129802.1)

Symptoms

Document Capture client is not uploading files to the WebCenter Content Server. The Commit Profile to the WebCenter Content Server has been configured correctly using the following connection details:

User Name: <User_Name>

Password: ******

Server URL: http://<server_ip_address>:16200/cs/idcplg

Status: Connected
