Apostrophe Not Displayed Correctly In Asset Status Screen (Doc ID 2130123.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Sites with the UI in Italy locale, the Status screen of approved and published assets show the following message where the apostrophe is replaced with the & #39; html entity:

Stato approvazione: Approvato. Approvato. La versione dell& #39;asset è pubblicata.
