IQ managers and eWays closing down for no obvious reason

For some time now we have had problems where a couple of IQ managers (always the same ones) have been closing down overnight between 04:00 and 05:00.

Log files contain messages similar to the following:

04:00:03.034 CDB W 23212 (cdbbplus.cxx:3821): RecursiveInsert(): table: IQIArchive key: 1 Key exists
04:00:03.050 IQ I 10448 (svcmain.cxx:363): ServiceMain(): shutting down.
04:00:03.128 CDB W 23212 (cdbbplus.cxx:3821): RecursiveInsert(): table: IQIArchive key: 1 Key exists
04:00:03.128 IQ I 23212 (commands.cxx:710): Out of disk space. Tell main thread to shut down.
04:00:05.265 IQ I 10448 (iqrecovery.cxx:4508): Queue archiving is not turned on for queue: xxx.
04:00:08.822 IQ I 10448 (svcmain.cxx:522): ServiceMain(): stopped
