High Server CPU when Clicking on Role Members in OIM 11.1.2.2.7+ (Doc ID 2131040.1)

Symptoms

After applying OIM 11.1.2.2.7 (BP07), there is high server CPU when clicking on role members

This is seen when, from identity page, follow this path to role members:
  1. Click on Roles & Search for a role
  2. Open this role and go to members tab
  3. Click on a user.

At this point, the mouse on screen is loading and IDM tabs & buttons are not accessible.
At the same time, server's CPU is ~90-100% on production system.
- Sometimes there is an Out Of Memory Error and requires restart of the server.
