Unable To Edit New WebCenter Space (Doc ID 2131056.1)

Symptoms

In a WebCenter Portal Cluster environment after create a new Portal/Space, the portal and sub-portals are are unable to edit. - Even with moderator privileges.


Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create new Space.
  2. Add a Participant to the Space.
  3. When the Participant, login to the site, it is turning that space "Private" and are no longer seeing the "Edit" button.
