Symptoms

Federation - Logout Fails "HTTP 404" and Redirects to /oamfed/user/spslooam11g

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) acting as the IdP

When user selects logout on application, the OAM application is getting logged out and the URL is getting redirected to /oamfed/user/spslooam11g which retunrs an HTTP 404 error
