How to configure Desktop Integration Suite (DIS) for server access with OAM SSO via a Load Balancer (LB).

Sample Configuration  following:

• WebCenter Content (WCC) Server 12c, BPM 12c, with OAM 11.1.2.3.0 for SSO.
• All the domains are clustered and Load Balanced.
• The LB URL set as the front-end host for both WCC and BPM cluster.
• DIS is being used to Check-In files from emails and Windows Explorer Integration (WEI).

To configure the connection the following is configured:

webdav URL: http:///cs/idcplg/webdav
CGI URL: http:///cs/idcplg
UI URL: http:///wcc

In OAM resources the following resources were set:
Public resources
/wcc/**
/cs/**
/_dav/**
/_ocsh/**

Private resources:
/adfAuthentication/**
/wcc/adfAuthentication/**

Form based authentication scheme in OAM.

With the Load Balancer (LB), the server connections do not work ("error 200"), whereas before adding the LB and connecting directly to one of the nodes (except for the UI URL that was going through OHS) works as expected.
