How to remove JMS reporting functionality from an OSB domain

OSB 11g does not require any database connections by default, however, if you implement the JMS reporting functionality, a database connection is required. For whatever reason, you may wish to remove this functionality from your OSB Domain. This document details the steps required to remove the JMS reporting functionality from an OSB domain.
