User Agent For IPhone 5S Is Not Adding To IPhone Device Group

When a device is created the system does not recognize which device and device group the user agent is associated with. Receive the following error when testing user agent: "The user agent belongs to device: Unknown device. This user agent does not match any device groups, it will be placed into Default device group: DESKTOP. "
