"java.sql.SQLException: Missing defines" when Registering an OUT Parameter Returning no value in JDBC driver (Doc ID 2132473.1)

Register an OUT parameter but return no value for this parameter from a stored procedure. The driver will return the error "Missing Defines".
It occurs on JDBC thin, but not on 11g.
