Weblogic Managed Server fails to start with the following error:
This issue started happening after applying OS patches. Issue is seen in all the customer's environments where the OS patches were applied. No config changes were made. We tested by replacing the config.xml from the backup but the same error still occurs. Customer also tested by implementing the solution from KM <Note 1984778.1>, but issue still persists.
