User Didn't Appear In Assignment If Same User Was Selected/Added In Another Role

OIM 22.214.171.124.4 unable to add the same user to a different role if both roles are opened.
Steps to reproduce
Create 2 roles TestRole001 and TestRole002.
Open both roles so two tabs one for each role are opened in the identity
console (see screen1.jpg)
In TestRole001 add a direct member for example xelsysadm and do not apply. Go to TestRole002 and add the same direct member xelsysadm. On clicking Select you will see that the user disappear (see screen2.jpg and screen3.jpg).
Note also that sometimes when we go to the second role the user already appears there even if it was not previously added.
