AD Connector is upgraded from 220.127.116.11 to 18.104.22.168 while using OIMR1PS1BP07 and after upgrade the Target user reconciliation the recon event are remaining in
"Data Received" status and is not linked to any user.
Using OIMR1PS1BP07 AD Connector MSFT_AD_Base_91150AD was upgraded to AD 22.214.171.124.0 (Build-Label:OIMCP_126.96.36.199.0_GENERIC_130527.2010)
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Install and configure MSFT_AD_Base_91150.
2. Upgrade AD to 188.8.131.52.0.
3. Create new target user1.
4. Create new OIM user1.
5. Run target recon.
