The connection between WebGate and Access Server (OAM Server) becomes unstable after applying the lastest Bundle Patch to WebGate 10.1.4.3. The WebGate can connect to Access Server for a while after starting web server, but the WebGate gets less able to connect about after one or two hours.
After starting the issue (taking one or two hours after starting web server), the client accesses would be successful small partly. But most accesses are failed with ErrEngineDown.
Apply the lastest Bundle Patch (10.1.4.3.13-IP15 or later) to WebGate 10.1.4.3
Do not change maxSessionTime in the WebGate Agent. The parameters are default value which are registered with 11g Server.
maxSessionTime is 3600.
maxSessionTimeUnits is not set.
