Symptoms

After successful completion of Upgrade Assistant (UA) to upgrade from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.1.3 to 12.2.1, when trying to create a new Standalone Agent (config.sh) on a standalone environment with only a standalone Agent, RCU fails with error:
