ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While logged into WebCenter Space as a Moderator one is only able to see these options in the Document Explorer Task Flow: Open, Details, Get a Link and Copy.
When a Portal has group membership assigned, users who are members of that group does not have the moderator privileges
Moderators were expected to see these menu options also : Rename, Cut, Delete , Security
When a user is assigned membership directly in Portal, these options are displayed: Open, Details, Get a Link , Copy , Rename, Cut, Delete , Security
As a moderator one expects to see these options displayed: Open, Details, Get a Link , Copy , Rename, Cut, Delete , Security
