Striping The Disk Cache Does Not Work after Upgrading to EhCache 2.5.7

Goal
After upgrading EhCache from 1.7.1 to 2.5.7 Adding JVM Parameter -DnumOfDiskStores with some value doesn't create any folders which was expected to create as per documentation (28.3.1 Striping the Disk Cache)
- Added startup parameters –DnumOfDiskStores=5
- No folders are created in cscache and other caches.
Does this configuration still work with EhCache 2.5.7?
