Unable to go back to search criteria with screen language as Arabic

Information in this document applies to any platform.
With screen language as Arabic, when using the search feature from trays layout and after getting the search result, unable to go back to search criteria.
Note that this issue happens only in Internet Explorer, other browsers such as Chrome and Firefox work as expected.
Issue can be reproduced by executing following steps:
1. Set SystemLocale=Arabic in <domain>/ucm/cs/config/config.cfg and restart CS.
2. With Layout set to Trays, go to Search -> Criteria -> Search (Do open search.)
3. Once the search results are fetched, try clicking back on the Criteria button. Nothing happens.
Expected Result: On clicking the Criteria button, user should be able to navigate back to edit criteria.
Actual Result: Nothing happens, users unable to edit and/or go back to search criteria.
Tested with Internet Explorer version: 11.0.9600.18203CO
