WebCenter Portal version 12.2.1.0.0

Entering to the administration area of WebCenter Portal, the css is not loaded properly.

Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Webcenter Portal.
  2. Navigate to the Administration Area.
