Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a file that is checked into a folder is checked out and a new revision is checked in with a different filename, the new revision keeps the old filename from revision 1, including the extension. This causes an issue when the file is opened, since it tries to open it with the application that revision 1 used, not the correct application for revision 2.

This only happens when the file is checked into a folder. If a file is checked into WCC but not in a folder, the second revision filename is changed to be correct for the new file,

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the filename change to that of the new revision checked in.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Turn off conversion for Word documents and PDF files, so that they are passed through.
2. Check a Word document into a folder and wait until it's released.
3. Check out the item, and bring up the form to checkin a new revision. On the new revision checkin form, browse to a PDF file for the new revision. Check it in and wait for it to be released.
4. Try to open the new revision. The filename is still set to the original Word document filename, so the file is attempted to be opened in Word, which fails since it's a PDF file.
