Symptoms

Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (also known as Tuxedo SALT) 12.1.1.0 GWWS server process is configured to consume 3 Web Services that are coming from OSB.

The GWWS process fails to boot with below error in the Tuxedo ULOG file:
