RP/SALT Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo Product Doesn't Allow Duplicate Elements Of Same Name With Different Namespaces

Service Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (also known as Tuxedo SALT) 188.8.131.52 GWWS server process is configured to consume 3 Web Services that are coming from OSB.
The GWWS process fails to boot with below error in the Tuxedo ULOG file:
