Source: 11.2.1.0.28

Target: 12.1.2.1.10


The data pump is not starting and abending with the following messages:

INFO OGG-06569 Remote Collector/Server version 12.1 receiving data is a different version than this Extract 11.2 sending data.

WARNING OGG-01223 TCP/IP error 239 (Connection refused), endpoint: hostname:mgr port

ERROR OGG-01224 TCP/IP error 239 (Connection refused), endpoint: hostname; retries exceeded.

Or error similar to this for other version.
