Using DIS Desktop Client with Windows 8.1, MS Office 2013

After using native file Check-Out and Open (COAO), the option to Check-In with Metadata on the menu ribbon is greyed out (disabled).

  1. Check in a Word document to WCC.
  2. Use Check Out and Open (COAO) to open and launch the document in Word.
  3. Make changes in the doc file.
  4. The option to Check-In the content item is greyed out i.e. disabled.
