SFTP connection fails from the Service Bus Test Console due to, 'Failed to negotiate a transport component' (Doc ID 2136391.1)

Symptoms


There is a SSH handshake between the Service Bus domain server and SFTP server with PUBLICKEY authentication.

When trying to connect to the SFTP server from the Unix box, the user is able to make the connection, but when trying from the Business Service using FTP JCA the following error appears:
