Veridata Reports Table In Sync But Counts In Source And Target Db Are Different (Doc ID 2136839.1)

Symptoms

Ran a Veridata compare report with 1 compare-pair ( 1 table ) configuration. The rowcounts of the table in the source and target DB are different but Veridata reports the table to be in sync

Source:

SQL> select count(*) from <schema>.<table1>;

  COUNT(*)
----------
  182254

Target:

SQL> select count(*) from <schema>.<table1>;

  COUNT(*)
----------
  182252
