Symptoms

Schedule jobs stop running after OIM reboot or restart. For example the "Evaluate User policy" scheduler stopped after server restart. After reboot the next run time for scheduler jobs (which run every 5 min or so) is not updated. For example if the next run time is 02/08/016 9:00 AM and OIM Server is brought down at 8:50 AM and brought back up after 9:00 AM then in this case the next run time still remains as 9:00 AM.
