OIM R2PS3: Recon Batch Job Not Completing (Doc ID 2137347.1)

Symptoms

Installed a new 11g connector such as Unix Connector (GenericUnix-11.1.1.7.0) on OIM 11GR2PS3. After running the recon jobs, the recon batch corresponding to recon events created by this job is not completed in recon_jobs table. This behavior has been seen for both full and incremental recon.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run recon Jobs
2. The jobs are not going to completed stage in recon_jobs table
