Data Is Not Loading In Client Application Registry In Oracle API Gateway Manager After Upgrade to 11.1.2.4 (Doc ID 2137436.1)

Symptoms

64-bit Oracle API Gateway (OAG), upgraded to 11.1.2.4.0 SP2.
The environment consists of one host only, just  an Admin Node Manager and one Gateway instance.
OAuth tokens are saved in a database, but the OAuth client application registry uses Cassandra.

In the upgraded installation, no data is shown in the OAuth Client application registry.
