Symptoms

When configuring Kerberos SSO configuration and after all steps are completed (check <Note 1332241.1> WebLogic Server Support Pattern: Kerberos and SPNEGO Configuration Issues to validate), and the instance is restarted, it fails with the following exception when attempting to log into application:
