Users Are Prompted With The Message "Do you want to login again?" While Entering Data Into An Application (Doc ID 2139569.1)

When users select a field with a drop down menu in the application, the message "Do you want to Logon again?" pops up unexpectedly as if the user was trying to logout of the application. The user is actively engaged in using the application and is not attempting to logout.

The dialog is a message that appears when the Logon Loop Grace period has been enabled and defined on the application template. The message should only appear when the user logs out of the application and gets redirected back to the original login page. Since the user is not attempting to log out of the application when the message appears, then this is unexpected behavior.

  1. Create a web application template for the application.
  2. Publish the application to the repository.
  3. Refresh the ESSO Logon Manager client on the desktop.
  4. Open a web browser and access the application URL.
  5. Logon and use the application.
