High Availability Configuration Error "Unable to communicate with OMSM Server. Please contact your System Administrator"

Goal

The managed server name appears to be incorrect after configuring a HA environment. Can this be repaired without rerunning the entire configuration?

The error seen with one node in the cluster down is "Unable to communicate with OMSM Server. Please contact your System Administrator."

The logs show the following error:

Caused By: java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: 'name.domain.com', port: '14180'

In this case the server name is not correct.  IT was either not entered or entered incorrectly in the configuration wizard.
