OIM EBS 18.104.22.168.x User Management Connector: When attempting to use Ad Hoc Link on the Recon events created by the Ebs UM 22.214.171.124.x connector with "No User Match Found" Status, the following error occurs.
Steps to reproduce:
1. OIM SysAdmin > Reconciliation
2. Search Reconciliation Events > Advanced Search: Events
3. Current Status --- No User Match Found
4. Click Event ID created by the Ebs Connector.
5. Click Ad Hoc Link
6. Click Link
