OIM EBS User Management Connector: When attempting to use Ad Hoc Link on the Recon events created by the Ebs UM connector with "No User Match Found" Status, the following error occurs.

Steps to reproduce:

1. OIM SysAdmin > Reconciliation
2. Search Reconciliation Events > Advanced Search: Events
3. Current Status --- No User Match Found
4. Click Event ID created by the Ebs Connector.
5. Click Ad Hoc Link
6. Click Link
