Steps to reproduce:
a. Open a new browser session and Enter the URL that is being called...
b. OAM splash screen
The user account is locked or disable. Please contact the System Administrator
In the address bar we see hostname.domain/14100/oam/CredCollecterServlet/WNA?spnegotoken=....
