In an OAM 11gR2 PS3 BP05 Access System with MDC ( Multi Data Center) Deployment and APS (Automatic Policy Synch) enabled environment.

We have agent system configuration artifacts in the following directory :

MW_HOME/user_projects/domains/domain_name/output/agent_name

or RREG_Home/output/Agent ID

In which we have OAM agent artifacts , of which the following files are present

password.xml (In case of simple or cert mode agent)
ObAccessClient.xml
cwallet.sso

Determine if webgate configuration artifacts are moved via APS
